1. Check for Transport Damage
Before using the dishwasher for the first time, inspect for any damage caused during transport. Do not connect the appliance if it is damaged and contact your supplier if necessary.
2. Ensure Safety of Power Connections
Always plug the mains plug into a correctly installed shockproof socket. Never use the dishwasher if the mains cable, water inlet, or drain hose are damaged.
3. Install on Firm and Level Surface
The dishwasher must be installed on a firm floor and adjusted to ensure stability and levelness in all directions. Use a screwdriver to extend the threaded feet if needed.
4. Connect to Water Supply
The dishwasher can be connected to cold and hot water supplies up to a maximum of 60°C. Secure all water connections properly to prevent leaks.
5. Prepare Dishwasher for Use
Open the door and remove the lower basket. Unscrew the lid on the salt dispenser by turning it anti-clockwise. Fill the salt dispenser with water if using for the first time, then fill with dishwasher salt.
6. Set Water Softener
Set the water softener manually by turning the water hardness dial on the left wall of the dishwasher interior. Additionally, set it electronically by pressing the ON/OFF button and saving the setting.
7. Fill with Rinse Aid
Before using the dishwasher for the first time, fill up with rinse aid unless using a 3-in-1 detergent.
8. Secure Drain Hose
Fit the elbow to the drain hose and secure it to prevent it from sliding off. Fix it to the wall or tap using a piece of cord.
9. Final Checks
Ensure all connections are secure, the appliance is level, and the door can open and close freely without obstructions. Turn on the water tap fully before starting a cycle.
